Orders & Shipping

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Google Pay.

We ship through UPS. If you would like your shipping charges billed to your UPS account, please provide us with that number. We charge a 20% handling fee for all orders.

We now ship internationally, rates will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Times

We process orders Monday through Friday, and generally process in-stock orders within three business days.
    We send confirmation emails with your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you have not received a confirmation email within the above specified time, please contact us
    Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, we are closed for all major holidays.

      Returns & Exchanges

      If you have received a defective bag, please contact us. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label. 

      We will send an email to notify you when we have received your return item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment within approximately 10 business days. It may take a few days before your refund posts to your account. If you would like to confirm your refund, first check your bank or credit card account, then contact your bank or credit card company.       Alternatively, we are happy to credit your account with us for the amount of the return in lieu of a refund. 

      In some instances, defective  bags may be able to be repaired at a local repair shop. In these cases, we will compensate the cost of your repair with your the receipt of the service. Please note that this option will also require prior approval.
